DJ completes back to back hundreds

Horwich RMI Cricket professional, Dheeraj Jadhav, continued his fine return to domestic cricket with back to back tons in his latest 4 day games. Dheeraj followed up last weeks 114, with 111 in his latest game against Tripura. The match scorecards can be found Here and Here. Dheeraj has been in touch and he is looking forward to returning to Horwich for his 3rd season at the Recreation Ground in 2010.

Winter coaching

Winter coaching started on Friday 16th October 2009 at Rivington and Blackrod High School. Starting at 5.30pm until 9pm. Under 11s are in for the first 1 hour and 30 minutes. The under 13s and 15s from 7pm until 9pm.

Vernon Carus in the Lancs KO

Horwich RMI CC have been drawn against Palace Shield champions, Vernon Carus in the first round of the Lancashire Knockout. The tie is due to be played on Sunday 16th May 2010 at the Recreation Ground.

End of a great season

Saturdays 8 wicket win capped off a fine season at the Recreation Ground for Horwich RMI CC. A forth place finish in the Bolton league and a cup final was a reward for all the hard work put in by the players.

Everyone is looking forward to starting pre-season training in January. All of the 2009 squad have committed themselves to Horwich RMI in 2010

With Pro, Dheeraj Jadhav, back at Horwich for a 3rd successive season, we are looking forward to progress even further than we have whilst he has been at the club.

We will be looking forward to the Lancashire KO draw which will take place in January 2010.

Dheeraj signs for Assam

Dheeraj will be playing his 2009/10 domestic cricket for Assam in his homeland. Follow the websites for updates on how his season is progressing.

 

We are currently looking for new members for the 200+ club. Entry costs £4 per month via direct debit. Forms can be printed off the website and handed to a club official. The 200+ club makes a massive difference to the clubs income. Please print off a form and join now.

All members receive free entry to the Recreation ground for all league fixtures!! Did you know that 50 new members would increase Horwich's income by £2400 per year!!!
